Ah, the joys of caffeine .... I have a cup of coffee per day (black, but only on weekdays) and the rest of the day I drink ..... Green tea and Coca-Cola Zero

Bebo none of these poisons as you say, I am free of caffeine and healthier. I drink lots of water and ginger ale to enjoy.
